A GIRL!
(Hopefully our little girl's head is not as large or as creepy as this child. Sorry for the weird graphic, but I totally felt that this post needed one)

My first stop after work today = Baby Gap.
The ultrasound tech created a monster today when she told me it was a girl. How am I supposed to NOT shop for this child?
PS, based on the photos, our child is already TOTALLY CUTE. You might think that's my bias opinion, but look again - our baby is perfect!

Wahoooooo! Ally has a BFF already! I'm going insane until you get here and we can start shopping for this little lady and working on some names! I'm so excited I can hardly contain myself. Thank you for baking me a niece!!! She's going to be beautiful!

NAP, there is nooooo napping when it comes to shopping. We are going to have to train her early. Regular exercise, lunching at Nordstrom Cafe etc. Hey, we stop for nothing. (Unless we come upon a spa somewhere in the mall!) I am so excited I can hardly stand it!! Hurry up and get here! You will be awesome parents of the snickerdoodlette!
Woohoo! As you obviously know Darrell is a great name for a boy, or a girl. It provides historical context and can be spelled a variety of ways. It's just all around a really solid name. Just ask Lil' D! I'm so worried about Nick. Does he realize what the Smart Girls mean when they say the word "Shop?" Particularly with being so close to her Grandma She She's influence. He really needs to brace himself!

oh man. Congrats! Girls are way more fun to shop for-for sure! I'm so excited for you. I wish you were gonna be here for a baby shower! Next summer we will be in WA and maybe if you are still there, we can come by and visit and meet her. What will you name her?? I wanna know! YEAH congrats again!!
