Jan-Ken-Pon

I stole this from someone else's blog because I just finished my History 315 final last night and my class was about the Jews and the Holocaust. If only the worst genocide of the 20th century could have been avoided by Rock-Paper-Scissors.

Diego knows more about Rock-Paper-Scissors than anyone I know. Growing up we called it Jan-ken-pon because Diego wanted us to feel more cultured, so he taught us the Japanese way.

It looks something like this, except we didn't get the protective oven mitts: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fdg5PtTLfSw

Aiko desho!

I have always believed that a fair way to resolve conflicts is a healthy Jan-Ken-Pon competition. I know it has humanely and quickly resolved many disputes in the Smart Home. I'm happy to see that others have become so enlightened.
